Production Process Flow Chart

Our manufacturing process begins with rigorous incoming quality control (IQC) for both stainless steel raw materials and outsourced accessories. Through precision shaft bending, die-casting, page flattening, and matte polishing, combined with meticulous manual pairing, we ensure every component fits seamlessly. Before undergoing electroplating surface treatment, products must pass an in-process inspection. Finally, after standardized packing, a final inspection is performed prior to dispatch—ensuring superior quality delivered to you.

Production process description

Stamping Production Material Requisition

Opening

Bending Molding

Tooth Extrusion

The worker received the finished product, start the machine for tooth extrusion, the working process to check, the left and right page pairing can not appear, too tight and punch, with the gap can not exceed 0.3mm.

Product Pairing

Product Stripping Hole

The worker has completed, paired core products, according to the production schedule and drawing requirements of the size of the stripping hole, countersunk hole.

Product Polishing

The worker receives the semi-finished product to complete the countersunk hole, and carries out all aspects of polishing, edging, and surface drawing to be uniform.

All Pick Up

Polished products to all inspection, select the sand holes, burr, poor polishing products, (polished poor products return to polishing, again check qualified products into the warehouse)

Surface Treatment

After the inspection by the full pick up qualified, by the warehouse to do external processing surface color treatment (such as electroplating, painting)

IQC Inspection

Surface treatment completed products have iqc inspection, warehouse warehousing. Inspection of defective products returned to the supplier for secondary processing.

Assembly and Packaging

Packaging department according to the production plan, write material requisition, to the warehouse material requisition. The packaging department assembles and packages according to the order requirements.

Shipment Inspection
